Zack Rogow is currently writing a series of plays about the lives of writers, incorporating the author’s work into the action.
Zack coauthored Colette Uncensored with performer Lorri Holt. See the trailer. The play will be revived at the Presidio Theatre in San Francisco on March 19 and 20, 2022. The play ran at the Canal Café Theatre in London in May 2018. The show was performed for five months at The Marsh in San Francisco and Berkeley in 2016 and 2017. First staged reading, Millennium Stage, Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, February 2015. Developmental reading, Nora's Playhouse, New York City, February 2018. Colette Uncensored was nominated for best solo performance by the Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle and for outstanding solo show by Theatre Bay Area.
La Vie en Noir: The Life and Work of Léopold Sédar Senghor, had a staged reading at the Valdez Theatre Conference in June 2021.
