Teaching
Zack Rogow has taught in MFA creative writing graduate programs at several universities, including California College of the Arts, University of San Francisco, and the University of Alaska Anchorage, He has mentored graduate students, taught poetry workshops and literature classes, and given craft talks.
Zack has also taught at the University of California, Berkeley, in the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and in the ATDP program for academically talented secondary school students. |

Recent Visiting Teaching Assignments
Zack co-taught with actor Lorri Holt a workshop on “Creating and Presenting the Personal Monologue” for students at the University of Indonesia in Jakarta in August 2023.
Zack taught the class Around the World with Six Poets in 2020 through the Catamaran Literary Arts Center.
Zack taught a class on "Writing the Dramatic Monologue" at the Solstice MFA program at Pine Manor College in 2019.
Zack led a creative writing workshop at The American Corner in Trieste, Italy, in May 2018.
Zack taught a workshop in translation for advanced French students in the Norman, Oklahoma, public schools in 2015.
He also guest taught a poetry workshop at Carleton College in 2015.
